Who we are

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The Basics

All Tickets are non-refundable. All audience members with live interactive interaction capability are expected to extend every courtesy to the Artist and production of the live event. No indecent or abusive behavior, including and not limited to, heckling and/or use of profanity will be tolerated. The producers reserve the right to silence, mute, and disconnect any audience member, who in the producer’s sole discretion, are disrupting and/or disturbing the Artist or other audience members. No refund will be issued to the disrupting audience member if muted, silenced or disconnected.

Interactive Audio and Video Quality

When selecting the interactive experience, PERFORMANCE TONIGHT is subject to the quality of audio and video provided by ZOOM, Skype or any third party interactive application being utilized by us for the performance. For an up close and personal experience with the artist, selecting any of the “Interactive” ticket options will provide this personal experience. If your preference is a more superior audio and visual experience, selecting the “General Admission” web stream option will provide this for you. Lastly, if you want the interactive experience and the option of viewing the performance with the highest level of audio and sound, you have the option to be a part of the interactive audience during the performance, and then view the web stream after the performance within the permitted timeframe online. Web stream availability is designated by the artist.

Interactive Rules & Protocols

During the interactive show, we ask that you keep your mics muted.  You may unmute to give your applause or to answer a question the artist has directed to you. The administration for PERFORMANCE TONIGHT will be muting your mics automatically during concerts, lectures or the portion of our performances where talking would interfere with the show. We ask that during a comedy performance you show respect to the performers as you would in any live comedy club.  We reserve the right to discontinue your interactive broadcast if your behavior is disrupting the show, the artist or the viewers.  In this situation your ticket will NOT be refunded.
